Police are treating a fire as suspicious after a residential unit was gutted in Labrador.
Emergency services were called to an estate on Little Usher Ave on Thursday afternoon at around 1.30pm.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said the unit was “well involved” upon arrival.
“It was a two story building, the upper level was collapsing as crews worked to extinguish it,” she said.
Fire crews had the inferno under control by 2.15pm.
Everyone was accounted for and no injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
A crime scene was declared, and the fire is being treated as suspicious as investigations continue.
The property has caused a stir among locals, with emergency services called out earlier this month over vandalism painted on the windows, timber panels and garage.
