There are fears for a missing 43-year-old woman after she disappeared from her home north of Geelong this week, with Victoria Police issuing a plea to the public for help.
The woman, Alivia, was last seen at her Balliang home, in between Geelong and the Moorabool Shire, at about midnight on July 23.
Her concerned family and police say her disappearance is “out of character”.
“It is unknown what she was last wearing,” a police spokeswoman said.
“Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her disappearance being out of character.”
The woman may be using a red Dodge Journey, registration 1EH 3QE, and is known to frequent the Lara and Geelong areas.
“Police have released an image of Alivia the hope someone can supply information on her current whereabouts,” she said.
