A Corio mother was allegedly found unconscious in her car with a stash of drugs and a notebook detailing thousands of dollars of drug trafficking, a court has heard.

Tyler Gee, 23, fronted the Geelong Magistrates Court on Monday for a bail application charged with trafficking MDMA.

Prosecutor Senior Constable Chris Sinfield told the court police found Ms Gee slumped in her car with the engine running and the lights on, about 4am on Saturday.

Police turned the car off and removed the keys before Ms Gee gained consciousness, Constable Sinfield said.

The court heard Ms Gee told police she was in possession of GHB and had also consumed it.

It alleged Ms Gee handed police a backpack that contained a small glass bottle holding 10 mls of GHB, one ziplock bag containing 14g of MDMA, 7g of methylamphetamine, and another bag containing 1g of methylamphetamine.

The court heard further searches revealed digital scales, 500 ziplock seal bags, 24 dexamphetamine tablets, a large bottle of GHB and a notebook containing five pages of names, sales, prices and amounts sold.

Police also allegedly uncovered $335 of cash, as well as a number of empty syringes.

Ms Gee’s lawyer, Matilda Jones, said her client had been homeless for a month before her arrest and was “not making much money”.

Ms Jones argued that because of Ms Gee’s available community support and lack of prior offending, her client should be granted bail.

Magistrate Peter Mellas said Ms Gee was “running a one-stop shop” on the face of it and said he did not accept the statement that she did not have a lot of money.

Ms Jones said her client had always remained in the Geelong area and “associates” in the notebook were from the region.

But Mr Mellas said the people in the notebook were not “associates”, but rather “customers”.

“She is running a business. She is not just some hopeless naive individual floating around the streets committing petty offences here and there,” he said.

“It is sophisticated. She organises people to transfer money, she can access a range of drugs.”

The court also heard Ms Gee was disqualified from driving at the time she was pulled over by police.

Ms Gee made full admissions to owning the drugs that were found in her car, but made no comment in regards to her trafficking, the court was told.

Ms Gee was granted bail by Mr Mellas on Tuesday.

She will next return to court at a later date.
