A proposal to transform a Highton home into a medical centre has been lodged with the City of Greater Geelong.
Under the plans, the Roslyn Rd property would have three consulting rooms for practitioners.
“This could be an existing business that is being relocated or new business to (the) proposed new location,” planning documents say.
“Ten parking spaces have been provided on site with more carparking available in (the) street,” they state.
“The block is on a street that has public transport (bus service) available for patients that don’t drive.”
A single-storey brick house, located at 245 Roslyn Rd, would be converted for the development.
The cost of the project was estimated at $95,000, according to the application lodged by developer Nireeda Homes.
