Four people have been charged after an alleged Good Friday burglary at a North Geelong industrial estate.
Police units from Geelong, Corio and Waurn Ponds were called to an Edols Place wrecking yard about 6.30 this morning following reports of an attempted theft.
Three Norlane men, aged 42, 30 and 29, were arrested near the scene after initially fleeing on foot across metal yards.
A 27-year-old woman, who police will allege was driving a getaway car, was later arrested at a Norlane home.
Her car was seized after she failed to stop in nearby Separation Street.
The three men will face the Geelong Magistrates Court on theft and trespass offences and the woman dangerous driving.
All have been bailed to appear on May 9.
Meanwhile, police are investigating after a car was found submerged in Lara on Thursday.
It is understood the vehicle crashed into water near Rennie Street the previous night.
