A cyclist has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following a collision with a car in Leopold early on Sunday.
Air Ambulance Victoria landed on Portarlington Rd in Leopold around 11.15am on Sunday morning to respond to the collision.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed a 25-year-old man has been airlifted to a hospital in Melbourne in a serious condition.
It is understood he suffered upper body injuries.
Geelong residents reported the crash caused a backlog of cars past Curlewis Rd as people wait to make it into the Adventure Park.
