A home in Armstrong Creek has been destroyed after a suspicious blaze on Wednesday night.

Emergency services were called to the property on Boundary Rd about 11:30pm.

Fire crews found the single storey weatherboard home “well alight”, a CFA spokesman said.

Senior Constable Emma Faliszewski said police believe the house was vacant at the time of the blaze.

“The fire fully engulfed and completely destroyed the inside of the property,” she said.

“There are no reported injuries.”
