A fire at a popular McDonalds has closed it until further notice as tradies begin repairs.
Firefighters were called to the McDonalds at Willows shopping centre off Hervey Range Rd in the early hours of Monday morning.
The fast food restaurant remains closed.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said there was a fire in the ceiling while smoke filled the building.
It is not yet known what caused the fire.
The QFES spokesman said staff members alerted emergency services of the fire at 4.12am.

Shortly after, the Queensland Ambulance Service arrived.
Paramedics assessed three patients but they declined transport to hospital.
A sign on the door says the McDonalds store will be closed until further notice, with no reopening date published.
A McDonalds spokesman confirmed a “small electrical fire” started in the restaurant which led to the evacuation of staff.
“The restaurant was open at the time of the fire and the Manager and crew exited the premises safely in accordance with our emergency response procedures,” he said.
“We plan to re-open the restaurant on Friday, pending the conclusion of minor repairs.”
