Young boy falls 30m at Table Top Mountain
A rescue operation is under way after a young boy fell about 30 metres from a mountain in Queensland’s south.

A young boy has fallen about 30 metres from a mountain in Queensland’s south.
The incident happened at Table Top Mountain at Rangeville, in Toowoomba, just before 9.45am on Sunday. A helicopter has been deployed to winch him to safety.
Initial investigations suggest the boy fell 20 metres, hit a set of trees and then fell another 10 metres on the way down.
Queensland Ambulance Service were on scene and reported the boy appeared to be in a stable condition with back injuries as well as cuts and bruises.
This issue remained ongoing as of 10am.
