Woman seriously hurt after head-on crash in Redland Bay
A woman is in a serious condition after a head-on crash on Brisbane’s bayside.

A woman has been seriously injured in a two-vehicle head-on car crash in Redland Bay.
Emergency crews were called to the crash at the intersection of Serpentine Rd and Cleveland Rd around 5.24am where they found the woman trapped in the wreckage.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Service used cutting tools to remove the woman, was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition.
A man was also taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with minor injuries in a stable condition.
The road was closed for almost two hours, with traffic into and out of Redland Bay diverted to Mount Cotton, causing some delays.
The crash occurred close to the new Scenic Shores State School and just metres from the crash that killed Redland Bay mother Mersina Axiom in February 2020.
