A woman is fighting for life after she was trapped following a single-vehicle crash northwest of Brisbane.
Emergency services rushed to D’Aguilar Highway at Harlin about 1.20pm. Upon arrival two patients were trapped and then later extricated.
A woman was assessed with life-threatening arm and head injuries. A rescue helicopter has been tasked to assist where she will be flown to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
A stable man was assessed at the scene and will be taken to hospital by road.
The D’Aguilar Highway is blocked in both directions. Motorists are being urged to avoid the area or expect delays.
