Woman critically injured in Somerset driveway crash
A woman is fighting for life in hospital after being struck by a reversing 4WD at a private property in the Somerset region on Tuesday.

A woman has been hit by a car on the driveway of a property in the Somerset region.
It is understood the woman in her 70s was struck by a reversing 4WD at a private address in Coominya about 11am.
She was treated on scene by Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics who transported the patient to the LifeFlight helicopter waiting at a nearby airfield after it was tasked at 11.50am.
The LifeFlight critical care doctor and flight nurse worked with QAS paramedics to further treat the patient.
She was flown to the PA hospital with life-threatening leg and pelvis injuries.
It is understood the woman and driver were known to each other.
