A truck has become stuck while travelling under a low rail bridge at Indooroopilly in Brisbane’s west.
The accident happened on Allwood St about 2.20pm.
The road was closed between Coonan St and Clarence Rd, with 10-minute traffic delays expected in the area.
Police advised motorists to seek alternative routes.
One Springfield Central train service was cancelled, but a Queensland Rail spokeswoman said there were no other delays, with trains able to pass through at a reduced speed.
The bridge, which has a clearance of 2.8m, has been the scene of several accidents over the years, involving trucks and Brisbane City Council buses.
