Toogoolawah skydiving incident at leaves patient with ‘significant’ injuries

A man has suffered significant leg injuries after a “hard landing” while skydiving north west of Brisbane.

The Queensland Ambulance Service said the incident occured on the Brisbane Valley Highway at Toogoolawah in the Somerset region just after 1pm on Saturday.

A QAS spokeswoman said the man was in a stable condition.

A helicopter has been deployed to the scene.
