Motorcyclists, caravaners, teen seriously injured after series of crashes
Three people have been taken to hospital in a serious condition after a motorhome and a car towing a caravan collided at Toowoomba.

A two-vehicle crash in Toowoomba that involved a caravan and a motorhome has left four people in hospital in serious conditions.
Initial investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit have revealed that at 5.15pm, a Subaru Liberty towing a caravan travelling north-west on Old Wyreema Rd collided with a Mercedes motorhome travelling in the opposite direction, just before the intersections with Toowoomba-Athel.
Initial reports suggest that the Subaru rolled during the incident.
The driver of the Subaru, 21-year-old Wavell Heights man, sustained serious injuries in the crash, while his passenger, a 20-year-old Wyreema man, suffered minor injuries.
The elderly occupants of the Mercedes - a 71-year-old man and his passenger, an 86-year-old woman - also sustained serious injuries.
Both are from Taringa in Brisbane.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said that all four involved were taken to Toowoomba Base Hospital in serious conditions, while the Forensic Crash Unit have launched an investigation.
Officers are appealing for witnesses, especially those with footage of the crash or the moments leading up to it to come forward.

A teenager was seriously injured following a two-vehicle crash in Toowoomba overnight.
Paramedics raced to the scene of the crash on Fourth Ave in Harristown about 4am on Saturday.
A boy aged in his late teens had crashed into a parked truck and was found with serious upper body and head injuries.
He was taken to Toowoomba Hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
Another person was taken to Blackall Hospital in a serious condition after a single-vehicle rollover on Alpha Tambo Rd, Windeyer, at 9.38am.
Earlier, a motorcyclist was rescued and flown to hospital after crashing in a thick, forested area north of the Sunshine Coast Saturday morning.
Paramedics treated the rider aged in his 20s for serious chest injuries after he crashed off Bradys Road in the Curra State Forest about 10.55am.
A rescue helicopter flew the man to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
Closer to Brisbane, two motorcyclists were taken to hospital after an incident at the intersection of Shea and Dayboro roads at Kurwongbah, north of Lake Samsonvale at 2.27pm.
Both sustained head injuries, with one also sustaining serious leg and pelvis injuries.
The events leading up to the crash are not clear and both have been taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in serious conditions.
