A teenager has been taken to hospital with “significant” leg injuries after he was hit by a car on a Logan street Friday afternoon.
The incident was reported at the intersection of Chambers Flat and Browns Plains roads at 2.47pm, just 13 minutes before the end of the school week.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman confirmed the boy, aged 15, was taken to the Queensland Childrens Hospital with “significant leg fractures”.

Despite his injuries, the teenager was hospitalised in a stable condition.
A Queensland Police spokesman said investigators were now looking to determine how the incident had occurred.
