Seven fire crews battled a blaze that engulfed a house in Brisbane’s south on Thursday night.
The fire, at a residence in Pickworth St, broke out about 8.10pm, and surrounding properties were evacuated as a precaution.
The occupants of the house were all accounted for, with one person transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
Authorities blocked Pickworth St near Bolger St, with motorists urged to avoid the area.
The cause of the blaze was not yet known.
