A shed erupted in flames in Manly on Thursday night.
Emergency services rushed to a residence on Ernest Street and School Lane around 5:40 pm after reports of a shed on fire.
A Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman said there were reports of explosions in the shed with the structure well-involved.
It is understood residents were evacuated from the vicinity and nobody required treatment.
At 7:05 pm the fire was put out and emergency crews remain on scene.
An investigation into the cause will be conducted.
