Patient cut free of crash involving children
A person has been cut free from their car after a two-vehicle crash involving children unfolded in Central Queensland overnight.

A number of children have been involved in a car crash in central Queensland overnight.
The two vehicle incident occurred at the intersection of Auckland and Roseberry streets in Central Gladstone just before 9.30pm on Saturday, leaving at least one person trapped in one of the vehicles for around an hour.
A Queensland ambulance spokesman said paediatric crews had been dispatched.
“We have a number of crews having a look around, seeing what they can do,” he said.
Rescue crews are were forced to use hydraulic cutting equipment to free at least one person.
Six people were assessed by paramedics and five of those were taken to Gladstone Hospital with minor injuries including a man in his 40s with neck and pelvic pain, a male teenager with back pain and a woman aged in her 40s with back pain.
A young boy also suffered a minor hand injury and a toddler was taken to hospital as a precaution, while another man aged in his 20s declined hospital transport.
All persons were in stable conditions.
