Mount Lindesay Highway lanes closed after crash between truck, three cars
Five people are injured after a horror crash involving a truck and three vehicles that has closed southbound lanes of the Mount Lindesay Highway.

A major intersection south of Brisbane is still closed after a serious crash just before 5pm.
One of the patients is understood to have been entrapped and required extraction from their vehicle.
An ambulance spokeswoman said the crash was reported at 4.56pm Wednesday at the intersection of the Mt Lindesay Highway and Tamborine Street at Jimboomba.
Pictures from the scene showed the severe destruction of multiple vehicles caused by the crash.
A black Ford Ranger was extensively damaged on the drivers side with the back passenger door completely removed, back window smashed, and its tyres destroyed.
A white Toyota’s bonnet was smashed and windscreen shattered while a Nissan four wheel drive had been run off the road.
Emergency services advised motorists to avoid the area and a police spokeswoman said there would be extensive delays as southbound lanes were closed.
A QAS spokeswoman said two patients were driven to hospital, including the truck driver who suffered a fractured femur to the Princess Alexandra Hospital and another to the Logan Hospital, according to a QAS spokeswoman.
