Motorcyclist, toddler injured in serious Brisbane crash

A motorcyclist has been flown to hospital with serious injuries and a toddler has been transported by ambulance after a crash north of Brisbane.

A motorcyclist has been flown to hospital with serious injuries after a crash north of Brisbane.

The man was air-lifted by a rescue chopper to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with arm and pelvic injuries.

While a female toddler in the vehicle involved was taken to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition as a precaution.

Queensland Ambulance were called to the crash between a motorcycle and a car about 2.20pm on the Brisbane Valley Highway at Toogoolawah.

A Queensland Police spokeswoman said traffic controls were in place.
