A man was rushed to hospital in a critical condition following a crash on Brisbane’s Gateway Mwy Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to a single vehicle crash on the Gateway Mwy northbound at Deagon at 9.16pm.
According to a Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman, a man was trapped in his vehicle following the crash.
“One person was trapped, so we used our cutting gear to free them,” the spokeswoman said.
The man was then rushed to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with life-threatening chest and leg injuries.
