A motorcyclist has died following a serious crash south of Brisbane, while an e-scooter rider is fighting for life after a crash in an inner suburb of Brisbane on Friday night.

Emergency services responded to a serious crash involving a vehicle and a motorcycle at Kingston Rd, Woodridge, just after 10pm.

Initial investigations suggest that a motorcycle was travelling on Kingston Rd when it collided with a White Honda Accord sedan.

The rider of the motorcycle was declared deceased at the scene.
Initially it was reported by QAS that the rider was a man in his 30s, but it is understood that the rider was a male in his late teens.

The three people in the vehicle were uninjured and declined to be transported to hospital.

The crash comes on a busy night for emergency services, who also responded to an e-scooter crash in Brisbane at Rogers St, West End, just after 11pm.

It is understood that a man, aged in his 40s, was found on the road lying near the e-scooter by a member of the public.
