Logan workplace accident: Woman trapped after falling down hole

A woman has been rescued from a deep hole after a workplace accident south of Brisbane.

A woman has been rescued from a deep hole after a workplace accident south of Brisbane.

The woman, in her 30s and believed to be an employee, fell down the hole at the premises on Mt Lindesay Highway at Munruben in the Logan region about 3.30pm.

Paramedics and Queensland Fire and Emergency Services officers were on the scene.

A QFES spokeswoman said four crews were dispatched to rescue the woman, with the hole believed to be 4m to 5m deep.

The woman was taken to Logan Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries.
