A driver has died after a vehicle and road train collided on the Leichhardt Hwy in central Queensland.
Emergency services were called to the scene 30km north of Banana about 2.40am Friday.
Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed one person died at the scene while another was taken to Biloela Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries.
The Leichardt Hwy was closed for several hours.
