A nose-to-tail crash involving four vehicles that has left two people in hospital has caused delays on the Bruce Highway.
About 8.40am, police and Queensland Ambulance Services were called to a crash on the Bruce Highway northbound lane near Morayfield.
Upon arrival the QAS assessed two stable patients with minor injuries who were taken to the Caboolture Hospital.
Motorists were told to expect delays of up to 15 minutes, butt he crash has since been cleared.
