Four people have escaped a ferocious blaze at a Moreton Bay home on Friday morning.
Initial reports suggested that people may have been trapped inside the Kallangur home but a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman confirmed all residents were now “safe”.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said they were called to reports of a house fire on Lyndon St about 6.30 and that five crews remained on scene about 7.20am.
It is understood the house is a weatherboard structure and that the lower level has been completely destroyed.
