Bruce Highway delays after crash at Narangba following horror smash at Anstead
A motorcyclist has been seriously injured and traffic is backed up for kilometres on the Bruce Highway after a crash this afternoon. It comes after five were injured – one critically – in a horror multi-vehicle crash on Brisbane’s western outskirts.

A motorcyclist is in a serious condition after hitting a car along the Bruce Highway in Narangba.
Emergency services were called to reports of a crash around 4.20pm before they blocked off a southbound lane.
Motorists are experiencing traffic delays of up to 45 minutes.
Police are on the scene assisting with traffic control.
It comes as five people were injured following a serious three-vehicle crash at Anstead on Saturday morning.
The crash occurred on Mount Crosby Rd, near Moledina Crescent, about 10am.
A man in his 20s was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) in a critical condition after sustaining chest injuries following the crash on Mount Crosby Rd near Moledina Crescent.
Another man in his 20s with serious abdominal injuries and a stable man in his 60s with chest, abdominal and leg injuries were also taken to RBWH.
A female pre-teen with head injuries and a woman in her 30s with chest injuries were both in a stable condition and were taken to Queensland Children’s Hospital and Martyr Hospital, respectively.
