Emergency services rush to Brisbane rubbish fire

Four fire crews have been called to attend after thick smoke began billowing near an office building in Bowen Hills on Wednesday afternoon.

Several fire crews are responding to reports of a blaze near a building in Bowen Hills.

Around 2.02pm four Queensland Fire Department (QFD) crews were called to reports of smoke at a building on Primrose St.

It’s understood the smoke has come from rubbish on fire, external to the building.

One crew is on the scene.
