A DALBY man has been charged with burglary and obstruct police after investigations into an incident in Brisbane yesterday.
Police have charged the 27-year-old man with attempted burglary and obstruct police after he and a co-accused attempted to enter a Norman Park home about 5.30am yesterday.
The two men were disturbed by a woman at the Agnew St home who then called police.
Responding officers allege that when they arrived at the house the two men were in a stolen black BMW and were attempting to leave the address.
Officers managed to stop the vehicle by breaking a window and arresting the alleged offenders.

His co-accused, a 23-year-old man from Alexandra Hills, is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court this morning.
