As a part of the investigation Tully officers executed a search warrant at a Moreton Street, Wongaling Beach address around 10:30am on Sunday October 1.
During the search officers will allege they located a vehicle, silver Jeep Wagon with a blue and red LED light system, which had been hardwired into the vehicle.
