A video has been leaked giving fans an inside look behind the scenes of the Hollywood blockbuster starring Orlando Bloom and Pete Davidson filming across the Far North. SEE THE VIDEO

A VIDEO has been leaked from behind the scenes of the Hollywood blockbuster Wizards! being filmed across the Far North.

The video released shows what looks like the cast and crew doing a smoking ceremony. The ancient indigenous custom usually is done to cleanse and ward off bad spirits.

Cameras are seen in the background of what looks to be a welcome-to-country ceremony for the crew.

This new video comes as Pete Davidson was spotted filming scenes at Rusty’s markets on Monday last week.

About 115 people were tasked with being extras in the scenes filmed last week. It is understood they were being paid as high as $150 an hour for their efforts.

While some were ecstatic for the chance to be part of the movie others said it was a disturbance.

Rusty’s stallholders Sua and Sai Xiong told the Cairns Post it took them three hours to clean after filming and they were disappointed no one told them it was going to happen there.

Filming took place at Attic nightclub, an alley on Grafton Street as well as various locations across the Far North including the Daintree and Wangetti Beach.

The movie was expected to inject $14.7 million into the state economy with 100 jobs for Queensland cast and around 300 opportunities for extras.

The presence of Hollywood has been noticed since July with celebrities being seen at Lizard Island and cafes in Edge Hill and Port Douglas.
