Cairns Amateurs Carnival kicks off with a High Tea for three days of fun, fashion and racing
The 66th edition of the Cairns Amateurs Carnival is off and racing, with thousands flocking to Cannon Park for two jam-packed days of fun, fashion and on-track action.
