Two teenagers have been rushed to hospital after a suspected stolen vehicle crash in Cairns on the weekend.

Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash in Manunda around 2.30am on Saturday.

Emergency services responded to reports a blue Isuzu ute with two occupants hit a power pole at the intersection of Lennon Street and McCormack Street.

The driver, a 16-year-old Earlville boy, and passenger, a 16-year-old White Rock boy, were rushed to Cairns Hospital in serious but stable conditions.

Initial investigations indicate the Isuzu was allegedly stolen from a Trinity Park address on Friday, December 5.

Police are appealing to anyone with relevant information, CCTV or dashcam vision to come forward.

Investigations are ongoing.
