Man arrested for murder after woman found dead inside Mount Gambier home
A man has been arrested following investigations into the suspicious death of a woman who was found dead in her home.

A man has been arrested over the alleged murder of a woman in a South Australian home.
Police were called to a home on Pick Ave in Mount Gambier after reports of a person collapsing at the property.
When police entered the home and assessed the property, they found a 55-year-old woman deceased inside.
With assistance from Victoria Police, detectives arrested a 53-year-old Mount Gambier man, who was located in Portland, Victoria, 104km from the SA residence.
Police believe the man and woman were known to each other.
The man is expected to be charged with murder and is set to face Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Friday when SA Police will seek the man’s extradition to South Australia.
