Food Standards Australia and New Zealand recalls Bibigo dumplings and Cau Tre spring rolls
An urgent recall has been issued for a variety of dumplings and spring rolls sold at Asian grocery stores over allergy concerns.

Consumers who recently bought dumplings and spring rolls sold at Asian grocery stores in multiple states are being urged to check whether they’ve been recalled over allergy concerns.
Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) has recalled some of the Bibigo dumplings and Cau Tre spring rolls manufactured by CJ Nutracon Pty Ltd due to the presence of an undeclared allergen.
The impacted products include:
- Bibigo mini mandu prawn dumpling 360g (best before June 14, 2024)
- Bibigo mini mandu prawn dumpling 350g (best before June 14, 2024)
- Cau Tre spring roll 500g (best before April 20, 2024, April 21, 2024, August 18, 2024, August 19, 2024, October 20, 2024, October 22, 2024, June 15, 2025, September 7, 2025 and September 8, 2025)
- Cau Tre spring roll 480g (best before April 21, 2024, September 19, 2024, October 22, 2024, June 15, 2025 and September 07, 2025)
The products have been sold at Asian grocery stores in NSW, the ACT and Queensland.
The food safety regulator warned consumers who had an egg allergy or intolerance to not eat the products, as they might have a reaction if consumed.
“Consumers should return the product(s) to the place of purchase or contact CJ Foods Australia for a full refund,” the watchdog warned.
“Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.”
