Bus driver Brett Button to be slapped with more than 40 new charges after Hunter crash
A bus driver who allegedly caused a fatal bus crash that killed 10 people will be slapped with new charges.

A bus driver accused of causing a fatal crash that killed 10 people in the NSW Hunter Valley will be slapped with more than 40 new charges.
Brett Andrew Button was allegedly behind the wheel of the bus carrying wedding guests when it rolled near the Hunter Expressway at Greta.
Mr Button was granted bail at Cessnock Local Court earlier this year as he faced 10 charges each of negligent driving occasioning death and dangerous driving occasioning death.
On Thursday, it was revealed that Mr Button will now face 63 charges after 43 additional charges were laid by NSW Police.
The new offences include nine charges each of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
There were also an additional 25 new charges of causing bodily harm by misconduct while in charge of a motorvehicle.
Mr Button will face Newcastle Local Court on August 9, where the charges will be formally laid.
