Three people who were allegedly involved in the theft of a number of horses fronted Toowoomba Magistrates Court this week.

The Toowoomba Rural and Stock Crime Squad allege three Darling Downs residents were involved in the theft of 20 horses, with the trio fronting court.
The co-accused, Andrew Frank Fuller, Samuel James Fuller, and Enesia Anne Arnold, had their cases mentioned at Toowoomba Magistrate Court on Wednesday, July 12.
On May 5, detectives charged Lockyer Valley man Frank Fuller with 20 offences of stealing stock, fraud, producing a movement record, and registrable biosecurity entity must apply for registration.
Samuel Fuller is fronting court on the same charges, however Ms Arnold has only been charged with the 20 counts of stealing stock and one count of fraud.
Police allege the horses were stolen from a Southern Downs property at Swanfels in June 2022.
The horses were owned by either Helen Anne Hall or Tracy Lee Fogarty.
It is alleged on June 30, Andrew Fuller, 31, was in the Lockyer Valley at Glenore Grove when he dishonestly gained a sum of money for himself, and the co-accused.
At court on Tuesday, Andrew and Ms Arnold informed the court they had applied for Legal Aid.
The court was told Samuel’s Legal Aid application had been successful.
The trio’s cases will next be before the court on August 1.
