Townsville police are seeking public assistance to locate a 13-year-old girl missing from Garbutt since Monday, May 20.

The missing girl was last seen at an address on Lockheed Street, but has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare and said her disappearance is out of character.

She is described as Caucasian, around 150cm tall, with a slight build.

Police are appealing for anyone who has any information on her whereabouts or anyone who may have seen her to contact police.
