According to Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine, Subaru clocked an average satisfaction score of 92.8 per cent, won nine monthly awards in 2024, and has now notched 22 monthly wins since 2021 — more than three times that of second-placed Kia.
“The Japanese headquartered car manufacturer sells tens of thousands of cars in Australia each year and has been consistently rated by Australians as delivering high levels of satisfaction,” Levine said.
“Subaru’s delivery of superior customer satisfaction over a long period is based on models such as the popular Subaru Outback SUV, one of Australia’s most popular cars which tens of thousands of people have bought over the last few years – and are clearly very satisfied with.”
It’s not the first time Subaru has taken a title like this. The car brand also claimed the title of Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied SUV Customers for 2023 and 2024.
Subaru says the recognition is due to its focus on the entire ownership experience, not just the cars themselves.
“This award is a powerful endorsement from our owners in Australia, and we’re honoured by it, especially given the wide choice of brands available to customers today, “said Scott Lawrence, General Manager of Subaru Australia.
“To be recognised not only for the quality of our vehicles but for the complete ownership experience is a testament to our entire network.”
Subaru’s rugged yet reliable line-up — including the Outback, Forester and XV — continues to strike a chord with families, adventurers and everyday drivers.
