Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has shown her fearless side as her fiance Matt Zukowski panicked, screaming profanities in a hilarious video of the couple on a Gold Coast thrill ride.

Sharing the video to his Instagram on Tuesday night, Zukowski initially appears relaxed alongside his future wife before being catapulted in the air on the Sling Shot ride in Surfers Paradise.

Holding hands, Zukowski can be heard screaming f*** several times and closing his eyes while his fiance giggles in the seat next to him, looking to be having the time of her life.

Hembrow at one point even shouts “you’re hurting my hand babe”, seconds before Zukowski zooms in on his face where he looks as if he’s about to pass out.

As the ride slowly came to an end, Hembrow continued to laugh at her partner as he attempted to calm himself down.

Captioning the video with “yeah, I didn’t have a good time”, the podcast host did not seem too keen on getting back on the popular ride anytime soon.

The comments on Hembrow’s post were a mixed bag.

“Bro, did you just die and come back to life?,” one said.

“At least you didn’t pass out or vomit?,” said another.

“OMG that’s the funniest thing I have seen a long time,” said another.

“The instant regret on Matt’s face,” another said.
