I don’t know who I would be without Steve. Apart from my mum, he’s the first person who believed in me and saw my potential. He helped me become the person I am today.
Steve reached out to me on Facebook about 11 years ago and we chatted online for a few months before meeting in person.
I eventually went over to his house, it sounds so cheesy, but from the moment I saw him, I knew we were meant to be.
I was 19 and so lost in my life. My parents were going through a nasty divorce, I was in and out of retail jobs and I was trying to find out who I was. Steve was my Knight in shining armour and helped show me what I was capable of.
Steve was a personal trainer for about 10 years before I came into his life. I joined in one of his boot camps for the physical activity and fell in love with it.
It was more than exercise, I could see the change in mental health, mindset and it made me want to help other women in the same way.
We made great team and Steve suggested we go into the fitness business together.
We haven’t looked back. Like any couple, we’ve had our ups and downs but we never give up on each other. We have a relationship coach who we see once a month. It’s a great platform for us to talk through anything and everything.
We’ve been through a lot in our relationship and with our business.
When I hit rock bottom, he picked me up and got me the help I needed.
He reminded me how loved I was and was there to tell me to try again.
Having created such a public platform, there’s definitely been hard times.
Sometimes I didn’t handle the negativity well over the years. It was overwhelming and sometimes I felt like I couldn’t get through it.
But I’ve built a strong resilience. You have to be strong and pull yourself up.
I’m so grateful to have Steve and our son, Taj. Taj has taught me what life is all about; love, slowing down and family.

I met Ashy when she was so young and still finding her way.
I’m so lucky to have watched the incredible metamorphosis of Ashy into the amazing powerhouse she is today.
When we first started chatting online, we quickly formed a great friendship.
It was months before we actually met in person and as soon as we did, she was even more special than I could have imagined.
I was 28 at the time and had been a personal trainer for many years before we met.
Ashy was in retail jobs but I could see she was still unsure what to do with her life.
Her passion for health and physical activity was so obvious to me so I guided her into the fitness industry. I never imagined this is where it would take us.
We’ve been a couple for 11 years, married for six years and business partners for 10.
We’ve done some amazing things together and created a community we’re really proud of.
I’m so proud of Ashy and everything she’s achieved. There are so many sides to her. There’s the boss babe, the mum, amazing wife and the loyal friend.
She’s also my rock. We are great support for each other. We’ve built a thick skin and things don’t really affect us like they used too.
We’ve been through our fair share of tough times and each time we go through something; you learn.
We’re not attached to success or people’s opinions; we have our own tribe and surround ourselves with good people.
Everything we’ve gone through has only made us stronger as a couple.
We live, work and play together but we make sure we schedule time for us as a couple. Every
Wednesday is date night and that is non-negotiable. We always put each other first. It’s been a joy to watch her become a mother and to become a family.
We hope to have another child, maybe this year, we’d love a little girl but whatever comes would be a blessing.
