Emily Seebohm has sparked rumours she has reunited with a high profile ex after the pair were spotted looking cosy in Brisbane.
The Olympic champion has recently been seen with her ex-boyfriend and Nova breakfast presenter David ‘Luttsy” Lutteral at the Queensland Cricketers Club.
While the pair are both ambassadors, a source told Scoop they were looking particularly friendly.
“They certainly weren’t hiding it,” the source said.
“They sat together and were hanging at the bar together with friends.”
It comes after Seebohm’s rumoured split from former Married At First Sight star Ryan Gallagher, with whom she shares 20 month-old son Sampson.
Despite the speculation, Luttsy appeared to downplay the rumours during his Nova breakfast show on Friday, casually remarking that he “doesn’t have a partner.” The comment came during a lighthearted segment about redheads avoiding sun exposure, with Luttsy seemingly using the opportunity to reaffirm his single status — or at least give that impression to listeners and fans.
OWEN WILSON’S BRISSIE BFF
Hollywood star Owen Wilson made plenty of friends during his time in Brisbane courtesy of his laid-back attitude that fit our city’s vibe perfectly.
But it was with Simon Bou Samra, — owner of Bou’s For Men Barber Shop and Brisbane’s second most famous Lebanese hairdressing baron (just behind the legendary Stefan Ackerie) — that he struck up what could be his best friendship during his visit.
The pair were apparently inseparable for “a couple of days” after meeting at dinner at SK Steak and Oyster, before a night out at new James Street hotspot Penelope.
They enjoyed meals together, “some wellness” and some partying.
Now back in the US, Wilson has been texting his new Aussie mate – who he calls “Amigo” – and the pair have plans to catch up when Bou Samra heads stateside on business later this year.
