A former British pop star has shown off her impressive weight loss following the end of her six-year relationship.
Kerry Katona, from popular music group Atomic Kitten, was spotted wearing a tiny striped triangle bikini while holidaying in Thailand.
The reality television star waded out of the water, phone in hand, and made her way back onto the sand.
The 44-year-old was sporting long orange nails and a pair of oversized sunglasses on top of her head.
She recently called the trip a “spiritual awakening” and said her break-up was the “best thing to happen” to her in her New column.
Katona has recently revealed she is now a size six, saying she has been taking her health seriously following her break-up from fiance Ryan Mahoney in November 2024.
She said she personally hasn’t kept track of how much weight she has lost, however reports vary from 12kg to 22kg.
“I’m trying to gain weight at the moment because I keep dropping down even though I’m not trying to lose weight anymore. I notice this happens when I’m single, I seem to drop in weight every time and then when I’m with someone I put it back on,” she told The Mirror last month.
“I’m just not hungry at the moment for some reason, but I am trying to eat more. I’ve been exercising every day, doing my meditations and affirmations, taking my daily vitamins and eating well – so I’m not unhealthy. I just want to stay at a happy medium, so hopefully I will.”
Mahoney and Katona met on a dating app in 2018.
The singer has five children, who she shares with three different men. She shares Lilly-Sue and Molly with singer Brian McFadden. Mark Croft and Katona share Heidi and Max. She also has DJ, whom she shared with her late husband George Kay.
