Have you ever dieted?

I have dieted in the past … I don’t believe in fad diets as from my experience I think it isn’t great for your mindset. I love to live a balanced lifestyle! Mainly eating very clean throughout the week and if I feel like a treat then I go for it on the weekend.

Sex or sleep?

Bit of both :)

What is your absolute blowout meal?

Garlic bread, spaghetti marinara, chocolate

Have you had any operations? Broken Bones?

Tonsillectomy, wisdom teeth extraction, breast augmentation, R ACL repair

What’s been your biggest health mistake?

In college (living on campus) at University, I drank approximately three times a week and would eat once only a day. Terrible health mistake/habit to get into. I put on 9kg and was very unhappy.

Magnesium

What health advice would you have given yourself 10 years ago?

I wish 10 years ago I was already in the place I am now with my health/lifestyle habits. However, I had to learn those lessons to get to where I am so I think it’s just a part of the process.

Would you have plastic surgery? Botox?

I have had plastic surgery. In 2018 I had a breast augmentation. It was always something that I wanted to do for a lot of years. I wanted to be more in proportion to the rest of my body. It’s still important for me to look natural but still be really confident in my skin. I do get Botox in my frown lines. As I have really poor eyesight, I have had quite deep lines in my frown since I was 19 and get a little bit of Botox there to help fade them and prevent them from getting any worse.

What is your guilty pleasure in life?

A good TV series binge when I come across one.
