Joseph and his husband Nathan have received a lot of hate for the way they've started a family - now they're hitting back at the trolls.

A man has revealed that his sister is pregnant with his child, but it’s not what you think.
Joseph and his husband Nathan, both from Texas, said they had been trolled and bullied for choosing to start a family like this, but they’re not letting the negativity get them down.
The Sun reports the couple, who have been together for 13 years, asked Joseph’s sister, Breanna, if she would be their surrogate, and she agreed.

“Breanna was the first person I told that I was gay,” Joseph told popular YouTube series Love Don’t Judge.
“She’s not only my little sister, but she’s my best friend and has always been my bodyguard and protector.”

"There's so much hate in the world"
Joseph told the show he always wanted to have kids, and decided his sister was the best person to carry his baby.
The couple’s best friend Kortney donated her eggs, and both Joseph and Nathan used sperm for the IVF process.
Unfortunately, their journey hasn’t been easy, as Breanna suffered a miscarriage the first time she fell pregnant.
However, the extended family decided to have another go, and Breanna is now pregnant with twins.

The Sun reports the couple has received a lot of negative reactions to the news, including being called “sick”, “freaks”, and “white trash”.
“The thing that scares me the most about becoming a parent is the amount of hate in the world,” he told Love Don’t Judge.
“I can’t begin to express how disturbing it is that people feel the need to express their opinions on my life and my family.”

"My life's dream is coming true"
Breanna said a lot of the hate comes down to confusion, as a lot of people don’t understand that her DNA is not involved, but that she is just “housing” the baby until it is born.
Now, the family is determined to punch through the negativity and to “rise above” the trolling and bullying.
“I feel like our story is going to inspire people,” Nathan said.
“There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Kortney and Breanna,” Joseph added.
“My life’s dream is coming true.”
