Let’s be real, you wouldn’t be alone if you’ve ever had a bit of a sketchy delivery experience.
You’ve got the classic ‘we missed you’ note left at your door - even though you were home all day - or the slightly more chaotic package stuffed and broken into a mailbox, or thrown onto your doorstep without a care in the world.
One Melbourne local thought their story was just the same. But, according to the comments, they were sorely mistaken.

“How are these people still in business?”
A Melbourne local has taken to Reddit to expose a negative experience they had with Aramex.
The poster said they’d only received correspondence from the company over a day before the package arrived. And, when it did arrive, it was left in plain sight from the street.
“Got an email on Friday around 8am the driver had my delivery. This is Saturday around 5pm,” the post said.
“No update to say we are a certain distance out, or it's on its way. I was at a 1st birthday 30mins away and had to rush home to take it inside after i noticed an alert from my doorbell camera
“How are these people still in business? Last time I had a delivery from them they left a double bed leaning against my garage in an empty driveway after midnight.”

“That is a very conspicuous place to leave a package…”
Some commenters did sympathise with the poster, saying that the package never should have been left where it was.
“Objectively, that is a very conspicuous place to leave a package and easily accessible to any passer-by,” said one person.
“The only thing that he could have done better was to place it so it couldn't be seen from the street,” another agreed.
“Thanks for letting us know, Karen!”
But, the majority weren’t on their side at all, pointing out that with all the negative things happening, this one just isn’t that serious.
“Wait, what's the complaint here? The delivery guy didn't chuck it onto your porch, you were notified when it was delivered… In a world of absolutely shitty delivery services that often just throw your packages onto a random lawn in your suburb and call that ‘delivered’ - I don't see the issue here,” one person said.
“You just have a chip on your shoulder and expect people to be on your side, never mind you received the delivery and it was delivered carefully without being thrown; read the company's T&C's if you don't like them, use another courier,” another agreed.
“C’mon, bro did his job here,” said a third.
“Thanks for letting us know Karen,” another said sarcastically.
