Former Who Dares Wins co-host, Bollywood actor and Gold Coast mum of IVF twins Tania Zaetta’s secret is out.

“It started when I was very, very young,’’ she says, beaming.

“I literally am the biggest Elvis fan. A lot of people don’t know that about me,’’ she gushed at the red carpet opening of the Gold Coast’s newest musical.

“I’ve seen every movie, I’ve read every book, I know every date of importance in his life.

“I actually sat in a restaurant in America once, in Santa Monica, with Priscilla Presley.”

But she admits she was ‘too starstruck’ to approach her for a little conversation.

Zaetta, who landed a supporting role opposite David Hasselhoff as Kendra the triathlete, in the Australian edition of Baywatch, remembers well the day Elvis died.

“My parents were just distraught. Everyone was distraught.

“At that particular time no one knew it was real.

“I did go through the phase he’s not really dead, he’s living, he just kind of needs a break.’’

Zaetta, who had IVF twins Alby and Kenzie at age 48, loves living on the Gold Coast.

The pilates enthusiast has a Saturday afternoon show with a Gold Coast radio station ‘Hits with Tania’ as well as regular segments on living and loving life.

Her Bollywood roles have included playing a Charlie's Angels-style action girl in pursuit of stolen diamonds while being chased by criminals.

Tania Zaetta's Bollywood moments

In 2008, Zaetta made national headlines when she toured Australian Defence Force bases in Afghanistan and Iraq. She was falsely accused of engaging in sexual relations with one of the Australian Special Air Service Regiment (SASR).

The following day, an unreserved apology was given by the Department of Defence.

She later described it as a “rock bottom’’ moment which forced her into legal action which was settled.

Looking at her now though, she appears to be loving life as she joined others on the red carpet at premiere.

And judging by the reaction of the crowd, the high energy show with blues and soul to match, which features Rob Mallet as Elvis, is sure to be a huge hit.

Two of the youngest stars Luca Dahan and Luka Sero, who both play the role of a young Elvis, were delightful in their enthusiasm for their roles as they spoke to this publication.

They both said everyone in the cast were ‘friendly and nice’ while the show was exciting to work on with big songs, and great choreography.

“It’s just phenomenal to be on the stage with them,’’ Luca Dahan said.

“I’ve had so much fun, learning all these dances and learning so much about Elvis and his life and what he went through.’’

Dahan said if he got to meet Elvis he would want to know how he became such a star ‘with one song’ – and what he would do to change his life.
