A budget kitchen item has gone viral for its ability to whip up bacon and eggs in under five minutes – changing breakfast for good.

A budget-friendly kitchen item has quickly become a game-changer for Aussies looking to streamline their morning routine.

The Mini 3 Section Grill Pan from Kmart retails for $7 and allows you to prepare multiple food items simultaneously, from veggies to eggs and bacon, all in one compact pan.

The separate compartments mean that you can portion out different ingredients without them touching and also ensure everything is cooked to perfection – and your bacon gets those delicious grill marks.

Kmart fans recently got wind of the handy tool, taking to the Kmart Mums Facebook page to rave about the find.

Breakfast in four minutes

“Love the new frying pan from Kmart, $7,” one mum wrote attaching a photo that showed how she used it to cook bacon and eggs.

She cut up strips of bacon so they would fit nicely and also managed to flip the eggs over-easy, while still containing them in the allocated sections.

“Cooks breakfast in one pan,” she added before mentioning that it took her around four minutes in total to cook everything.

“Need to get this”

Immediately, praise flooded in for the buy, with one person saying they were “definitely” getting one.

“I need to get this,” read another comment, while someone else said it looked “so cute”.

“I got one of these and I absolutely love it,” a happy customer shared.

Others said they “never knew they needed one of these until now” and said they’d be great for caravans and festivals.

While the non-stick pan drew a lot of attention, some people were disappointed it didn’t work on induction cooktops.

However, it was quickly pointed out that the budget retailer sells plenty of other frying pans that work with induction stovetops.

Another breakfast appliance goes viral

It seems Kmart fans are loving convenient breakfast appliances at the moment as just a few days earlier, another similar item went viral in the group.

The Breakfast Maker, which sells for $29, allows people to create a breakfast sandwich, bagel or muffin in under six minutes and using just one nifty tool.

It comes with three different layered cooking plates, meaning you can cook egg, meat and bread simultaneously.

It’s auto-assemble function means you can slide out the trays underneath each section after everything is done cooking so that the sandwich comes together by itself.

“I’ve wanted something like this for years!” one user exclaimed.

“I’ve seen them overseas and have waited for one of these to land in Oz! Running to Kmart now,” said a second.

“My mum had one of these years ago and it was THE best thing. I 100% recommend it if it’s anything like the one my mum had!” a third chimed in.

“Wow, I’ve seen these on TikTok and always wanted to give it a go,” a fourth replied.

“Looks like it’s time to make a Maccas sausage and egg McMuffin!” another added.

“OMG, I want to try make a waffle sandwich in one of these,” yet another group member said.

Some people thought it would be a nightmare to clean, but others assured that all the parts are removable and dishwasher-safe.
