Her last swimwear line was widely panned, but the 26-year-old billionaire has given it a second crack, and it’s not gone down well.

After her unsuccessful first attempt at launching a swimwear line, Kylie Jenner has just released another – but once again shoppers have been left disappointed.

The 26-year-old billionaire launched Kylie Swim in 2021, but despite the items quickly selling out, those who bought the products later claimed the garments were “see-through” and “poor quality”.

Fast-forward three years and Jenner is giving it a second crack, this time under her fashion label Khy.

The “Vacation Shop” features an array of bikinis, cossies and cover ups in a “buttery soft” fabric that promises to give wearers “90s-inspired silhouettes”.

But despite the Kardashians star’s attempt to rewrite history, shoppers seem to be stuck in the past, and have been roasting the new collection.

'You've failed again' – Kylie's new bikini line roasted

Swimwear designer Jessica Anderson – one of the most prominent critics of Kylie Swim – called the collection a “fail” in a recent video, claiming the products were “worse” than their predecessors.

After placing an order for several items, including the $155 Crossback One Piece in Sunset, the 30-year-old from Austin, Texas, asked: “Did she not listen last time?”

Ms Anderson then tried on the red tankini corset, which she had extreme difficulty fitting into, speculating they used Jenner’s waist size as the model.

Even when she managed to do it up after someone “manhandled” her to help get it on, she said it was so tight she “felt sick”.

YouTube creator Mia Maples has also weighed in on the new swim collection from Kye, sharing an almost 20-minute “honest review” of the products.

“Kylie Jenner has decided to dive into swimwear again after the incredible flop that was Kylie Swim,” she told her 4.4 million subscribers.

While she pointed out that the togs were lined, a vital feature that was missing on Kylie Swim, she said the range was a bit “too risque” for actual swimming.

The “mesh” dresses also failed to impress some, with many stating that while the knew it was sheer, they didn’t realise it would be “completely see-through”.

Another customer took to TikTok to complain she “should have known better” after claiming a corset she’d purchased from the range was fraying.

Photos and videos shared on the official Kye social media channels were also flooded with comments, as many expressed shock at Jenner’s decision to venture into swimwear again.

“Please not again with the swimsuits girl,” one wrote on Instagram.

“I think the internet is still traumatised from Kylie Swim,” another jabbed.

Others called for more body inclusivity in the promotional snaps, pointing out there were only “slim” people shown in the products.

There were consumers who loved Jenner’s new range too, declaring they were “obsessed” with the pieces.
